Teaching Mixed-Ability Classes Second edition is a two-hour course that explores the challenges and opportunities of teaching groups of learners at different levels of ability. Through a combination of video, audio and interactive tasks, you'll explore key concepts like differentiation, open and closed tasks, and you'll learn about how to manage teacher talk, interaction patterns and feedback stages in mixed-ability lessons. You'll find out how to language and skills tasks to suit learners of a range of abilities. Subscription to the course is for 18 months, delivered online through Cambridge One, and accessed on smartphones, laptops or desktop computers.
